Dayscribe Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Dayscribe handles information when you use the iPhone app.

Last updated: July 2, 2026

Overview

Dayscribe is a calendar-first private diary for recording daily reflections, emotions, and generated memory cards.

Diary content

Diary text, emotion selections, calendar entries, and generated memory-card content are used to provide the app experience. The app does not require a Kinno Labs account, but diary content can be processed by app services when you use AI-powered features.

AI processing

Dayscribe can use OpenAI services to analyze diary content or generate related memory-card output. When you use those features, the content needed for the request may be sent to OpenAI for processing. Avoid entering information you do not want processed by an AI service.

Analytics, identifiers, and purchases

Dayscribe can use analytics or purchase infrastructure to understand app reliability, manage entitlements, and support paid features. This can include device or app identifiers such as IDFV, purchase entitlement state, product interaction, diagnostics, and subscription status.

Subscription and purchase entitlement handling may use RevenueCat and Apple's In-App Purchase system. Apple handles payment method details, and Kinno Labs does not receive your payment card information.

Retention and deletion

Diary records stored in the app remain under the app and device environment unless you delete them or remove the app. AI request processing, purchase records, diagnostics, and platform logs may be retained by the relevant service providers under their own policies. You can contact Kinno Labs for privacy questions or deletion-related requests.

Contact

If you have privacy-related questions, contact Kinno Labs at kinnolabs0216@gmail.com.

For product support, use the Kinno Labs Support page and include the app name, device model, iOS version, and app version.
