What to include
Including a few details helps diagnose issues faster:
- App name, such as Magnet Atlas, Tagback, What If Invest, Todoraph, Dayscribe, HiTomorrow, or CheerPulse
- iPhone model
- iOS version
- App version
- The screen where the issue happened
- Steps to reproduce the issue
- Screenshots, if they help explain the problem
Tagback help topics
Tagback restores missing GPS metadata by comparing imported camera photos with nearby iPhone reference photos already in the Photos library.
- Photos permission may need to be broad enough for Tagback to find reliable reference photos from the same time window.
- Tagback's core scan, comparison, and review flow runs on device and does not upload your photo library to developer-owned servers.
- Scanning and review are available without payment. Tagback Pro is required only when writing approved repairs back into Photos.
- Buying or restoring Tagback Pro does not modify photos by itself. You still explicitly confirm the save step.
- Subscriptions are managed through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Magnet Atlas help topics
For Magnet Atlas, include whether the issue happened while capturing a magnet, correcting its cutout, organizing a Board, exporting, purchasing Collector Pro, or restoring a purchase.
- Magnet photos, notes, places, Boards, and backups are stored locally. Attach a screenshot only if it does not reveal private memories.
- For purchase help, include the in-app Purchase Support ID from Settings. Do not send payment-card details, passwords, or Apple Account credentials.
- For privacy choices and policy links, open Settings → Data & Privacy.
Other app help topics
For What If Invest, Todoraph, Dayscribe, HiTomorrow, or CheerPulse, include the exact action you were taking and whether the issue happens after reinstalling or updating the app.
- For finance calculators, include the ticker, date, amount, and region setting if relevant.
- For goal or diary apps, include whether the issue affects saving, editing, reminders, or charts.
- For CheerPulse rooms, include whether you were creating a room, joining by code, or sending cheer taps.
