Agreement
By accepting these terms in Magnet Atlas or using the app after acceptance, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Magnet Atlas Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not continue past the required consent screen.
The service
Magnet Atlas helps you photograph, cut out, describe, map, organize, display, back up, restore, and export a personal collection of physical travel magnets. The app does not provide cloud storage, an online account, or a guarantee that local content can be recovered after device loss, deletion, corruption, or an unsuccessful restore.
Free access and Collector Pro
The launch version allows up to five active magnets without payment. Collector Pro — Founding Lifetime is an optional, one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited magnets, multiple local Boards, advanced sorting and filtering, premium Board styles and backgrounds, and high-resolution export in the supported version of the app.
Founding Lifetime is not a subscription and does not include a free trial. Existing magnets remain viewable and manageable if a purchase cannot be verified; the app may restrict starting new Pro-only actions until entitlement is restored.
Purchases, restoration, and refunds
Apple processes purchases, payment methods, receipts, storefront pricing, taxes, and refunds under Apple's terms. Kinno Labs does not receive your payment-card details. Use Restore Purchases in Magnet Atlas to request restoration for an eligible Apple Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple and may cause the related Pro entitlement to be revoked.
Your content and backups
You keep ownership of the photos, notes, names, places, and other content you add. You are responsible for having the right to use that content and for keeping any manual Magnet Atlas backup in a secure location. A restore replaces the current local collection rather than merging it, so review the confirmation carefully.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, interfere with purchase verification, attempt unauthorized access to services used by the app, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited by law, or use Magnet Atlas to violate another person's rights or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may fix, improve, add, remove, or discontinue features, subject to applicable law and Apple's platform rules. We may update these terms when the app or legal requirements change. A material update will use a new policy version and may require renewed acceptance in the app.
Disclaimers and liability
Magnet Atlas is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or recovery of locally stored content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
